Job Title: Panel Technician
Location: Guildford, GU1
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30am start, 40 hours per week
Salary: £37,000 - £62,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Start Date: October 2025
Holiday Allowance: 25 days

The Role

In this role, you'll use your technical expertise to complete high-standard repairs, support colleagues, and identify opportunities to improve workshop efficiency and repair quality. Key Responsibilities

• Carry out high-quality panel repairs in line with manufacturer standards.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain workshop performance targets.
• Provide technical guidance and support to less experienced team members.
• Contribute to process improvement and maintain a customer-focused approach.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Proven experience as a Panel Technician in a bodyshop environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Desirable:

• ATA accreditation or equivalent qualification.
• Experience working with a range of makes and models.
