As a Skilled Panel Beater, you’ll be responsible for restoring vehicles to their original condition with precision and care. You’ll work to manufacturer specifications and BSI standards, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction in every repair.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out high-quality panel repairs and replacements on a range of vehicles.
Assess damage and determine effective, safe repair methods.
Align and finish body panels with a focus on accuracy and appearance.
Meet repair deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
Keep your workspace clean, organised, and compliant with health & safety regulations.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in panel beating/body repair within the automotive sector.
Competence in welding, reshaping, and refinishing techniques.
A strong eye for detail and pride in delivering top-quality work.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
SVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification (preferred but not essential).
