Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a panel technician in a bodyshop or accident repair environment.
  • Proficiency in MIG/MAG welding and panel repair techniques.
  • ATA accreditation or equivalent qualification is desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • A team player with a strong work ethic and a clear sense of accountability.

  • Replacing, repairing, and aligning panels to manufacturer specifications.
  • Using the latest repair methods, tools, and equipment to ensure high-quality workmanship.

  • Supporting your team and contributing to a positive, respectful workshop culture.
