Panel / MET Technician

MotorMatch Recruitment Ltd are seeking an experienced Panel / MET Technician to join their team.
Join a dynamic and growing team at a reputable automotive repair shop. Dedicated to providing top-quality service and vehicle body repairs. With a track record of excellence and customer satisfaction, the bodyshop is seeking a skilled Panel / MET Technician to join their team in Essex.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with a team of professionals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
2. Assess and repair vehicle body panels to meet manufacturers' standards
3. Restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition by reshaping, repairing, or replacing body panels, frames, and structures
4. Conduct thorough damage assessments to determine necessary repairs
5. Strip and refit mechanical, electrical, and trim issues efficiently
6. Replace or repair damaged components, including electrical wiring, interior trim, and mechanical systems
7. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations to ensure high-quality repairs

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a Panel Beater / MET Technician in an accident repair centre / bodyshop
2. Strong leadership and organisational skills
3. ATA Qualified / Level 3 (Preferable)

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Weekend work (optional depending on workflow traffic)

Benefits:

Holiday allowance: 20 Days + Bank Holidays
