Tower Hamlets Council is seeking to recruit a Panel & Case Conference Clerk within the Business Support Hub on a fixed term contract, this post will be part of the Panel and Case Conference Clerks Team Supporting Families and Health Adults and Communities services in clerking of statutory meetings. You will play a key role in the administration, delivery and minuting of Child Protection Conferences and Panels along with other statutory meetings.

Qualifications and required experience

We are looking for an experienced clerk/minute taker with a background in working within the Childrens and Adults Social Care setting within the public sector. We would like to hear from you if you are someone who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrable experience of building strong working relationships across different hierarchy and includes both internal and external stakeholders. It is crucial that you will possess demonstrable experience in supporting complex and statutory meetings whilst working under pressure in delivering against agreed outputs.

You will need to demonstrate your solution focussed approach and adaptability in getting up to speed with new systems and processes quickly. You must be ICT literate and proficient in all Office 365 packages. It is desirable if you have used Mosaic software or similar previously.

Working arrangements

This will primarily be an office-based role, with flexibility of some hybrid working as determined by the Senior Panel and Case Conference Clerk in meeting the needs of the service.
