Job summary

Reevr Talent Ltd. in Nuneaton is seeking a hands-on Panel Builder to construct and wire electrical control panels. You will work from schematics and drawings, install PLCs and components, and prepare enclosures in a workshop environment.

The role requires prior panel building or wiring experience, the ability to read electrical schematics, and comfort with hand and power tools. ECS Gold Card is desirable, PLC/automation experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Panel Builder / Panel Wiring experience required.
• Able to read electrical schematics.
• Experience with electrical assembly and cable termination.

• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• ECS Gold Card desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build and wire electrical control panels from schematics and drawings.
• Install PLCs, relays, contactors, VFDs and terminal blocks.
• Prepare enclosures by cutting, drilling and punching.
• Route and terminate cables.
• Carry out crimping and ferruling.
• Label cables and components.
• Complete job documentation.
• Work alongside engineers.
• Maintain high quality and safety standards.

We are recruiting for a Panel Builder to join an established engineering and automation business in Nuneaton.

This is a hands‑on workshop role building and wiring electrical control panels from schematics and engineering drawings.

What You Need

• Previous Panel Builder / Panel Wiring experience
• Confident reading electrical schematics
• Experience with electrical assembly and cable termination
• Good practical skills with hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Relevant qualification, apprenticeship or industry experience
• ECS Gold Card desirable
• PLC/automation experience advantageous
