OTE: £43,000

Details:

  • Basic Salary: £37,000 + bonus
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (40 hours) with Saturday available at overtime
  • Location: Swindon

We are seeking a talented and efficient Panel Beater to join our leading team. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles in line with the manufacturers' specifications within a state-of-the-art Bodyshop, utilizing modern equipment and techniques.

Responsibilities:
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced accident repair centre
  • Follow the correct repair techniques and produce work in line with factory specifications and customer satisfaction
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Served a recognized apprenticeship as a Panel Beater and gained a technical qualification (such as NVQ / VCQ / SVQ / ATA)
  • Previous experience working as a Panel Beater within a busy body shop
  • Strong team player with self-motivation to earn bonus hours
  • Work to the highest standard and demonstrate a sound up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques
