Tru Talent in Motherwell is seeking a skilled Panel Beater / Panel Technician to join a leading bodyshop. You will repair damaged vehicles to manufacturers' specifications in a state-of-the-art workshop using modern equipment.

An ATA or NVQ equivalent is required. The role involves following repair techniques, removing and replacing panels, welding, smoothing dents, and working as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.

Formación

• Recognised apprenticeship as a Panel Beater with a technical qualification (NVQ/ATA).
• Experience in a busy body shop and ability to work in a team.
• Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques for heavy and minor crash repairs.

Responsabilidades

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced accident repair centre.
• Follow repair techniques and align with factory specifications.
• Remove damaged panels and repair or replace them.
• Use welding, hand tools and power tools to reshape and fit panels.
• Smooth out dents and small imperfections using fillers and sanders.
• Align body parts for assembly and fit.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Keep up-to-date with industry standards and techniques.
