Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Panel Beater or Vehicle Body Repair Technician.
• Experience in accident repair centres or dealerships.
• Strong knowledge of modern body repair techniques.
• Experience with structural and cosmetic repairs.
• Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Assess vehicle damage and determine the appropriate repair method.
• Repair and replace damaged body panels.
• Carry out structural repairs and panel alignment.
• Remove and refit vehicle components as required.
• Perform welding, bonding and other body repair techniques.
• Use manufacturer-approved repair methods and equipment.
• Work closely with MET Technicians, Paint Technicians and other workshop colleagues.
• Carry out final quality checks and ensure safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organised working environment.
