Job summary

Octane Recruitment Limited is recruiting for an experienced Panel Beater, Panel Technician or Automotive Body Repair Technician to join an established national accident repair centre in Cambridge.

Applicants must have previous panel beating experience within a bodyshop or accident repair environment and hold a Full UK Driving Licence. ATA or NVQ qualifications are preferred but not essential. The role offers an immediate start, full-time hours and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Panel Beater or Automotive Body Repair Technician.
• ATA or NVQ qualifications are preferred but not essential.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle panel repairs, replacements and realignment.
• Repair dents, accident damage and structural components.
• Remove and refit damaged body panels.
• Use jig and welding equipment where required.
• Complete repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Identify additional damage during the repair process.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety and productivity.
