Perfect Placement UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Panel Beater for a family-run crash repair workshop in Morden. You will perform precise panel beating and repairs across various vehicle makes, ensuring workmanship meets factory standards and deadlines.

You will join a supportive team that values craftsmanship and teamwork. The role offers a competitive salary up to £55,000, with overtime pushing earnings to £60,000, plus 20 days of holiday and statutory leave.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Panel Beater, preferably in crash repair.
• Strong repair skills with good understanding of vehicle structures.
• Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform panel beatings and repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
• Ensure work is completed to factory standards and within specified timeframes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet workshop targets.
