Auto Skills UK in Northwich is seeking an experienced Panel Beater/Panel Technician for a permanent, full-time role. You will restore damaged vehicles to factory standards, delivering high-quality repairs in a professional Bodyshop environment.

The position offers a competitive salary of £40,000–£45,000 with DOE, a Monday-to-Friday pattern, and no weekend work, supporting your work-life balance and ongoing career development within a stable team.

Qualifications

NVQ/IMI/SVQ/ATA Level 3 in Vehicle Body Repair with ongoing CPD.
Strong knowledge of modern vehicle repair methods and techniques.
Experience in a busy accident repair centre or Bodyshop.
Ability to carry out cosmetic and structural repairs.

Responsibilities

Carrying out panel repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
Removing and replacing damaged body panels and components.
Repairing dents, creases, and structural damage using appropriate techniques.
Aligning and fitting replacement panels to manufacturer specifications.
Working closely with Paint Technicians and other workshop colleagues.
Ensuring all repairs meet quality and safety standards.
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
Completing work within agreed time-scales while maintaining excellent workmanship.
