Pembrook Resourcing are recruiting an experienced Panel Beater to join an established automotive bodyshop in Harold Wood. This full-time role offers a base salary of £32,000–£36,000 with a strong bonus structure and an expected OTE around £55,000. You will handle panel repairs, welding and bodywork to exacting standards.

The opportunity rewards accuracy, efficiency and pride in workmanship within a stable, established environment and a structured weekend half-day pattern (1 in 4).

THE ROLE

As a Panel Beater, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality repairs to damaged vehicles, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately and to the required standard.

YOU WILL BE INVOLVED IN

• Panel repairs and replacements
• Assessing and repairing vehicle body damage
• Welding and structural repairs where required
• Preparing vehicles for the next stage of the repair process
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and productivity
• Working safely and efficiently at all times

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for an experienced Panel Beater / Panel Technician / Bodyshop Technician with:

• Proven experience within a bodyshop environment
• Strong panel repair and replacement skills
• Experience welding and modern repair methods
• A good understanding of vehicle body repair processes
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• A productive, reliable and professional approach

Experience within a manufacturer-approved, dealer bodyshop or high-quality independent repair environment would be advantageous.
