Job summary

Cadent Foundation seeks a PAM Technical Specialist to develop and support Privileged Access Management across cloud, on-premise and hybrid environments. You’ll own CyberArk services, credential rotation, session control and onboarding, collaborating with IT and OT teams to strengthen security controls.

The role targets secure, auditable privileged access, regulatory compliance and disaster recovery readiness. This is a technically focused, permanent position with hybrid working in Coventry.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computing, Cyber Security, Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• Ability to provide technical guidance to operational teams, architects and project stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience supporting architecture reviews and design governance activities.
• Ability to translate complex security concepts into clear business language.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• CyberArk certification such as Defender, Sentry or equivalent highly desirable.
