Job summary

Cadent is seeking a PAM Technical Specialist to support and advance Privileged Access Management across cloud, on-premise and OT environments. You will manage the CyberArk estate, enable secure credential rotation and audit controls, and collaborate with multiple teams to strengthen security while keeping operations efficient.

The role requires hands-on expertise in CyberArk, RBAC and identity integration, with a focus on least privilege and Zero Trust principles.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computing, Cyber Security, IT or equivalent experience.
• Able to guide operational teams, architects and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience supporting architecture reviews and design governance.
• Translate complex security concepts for business audiences.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• CyberArk certification such as Defender/Sentry is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Protect privileged access across business-critical systems.
• Own CyberArk services across self-hosted and cloud environments.
• Work across cloud, infrastructure, identity, security monitoring, ITSM and OT environments.
• Contribute to PAM roadmaps, architecture decisions and reviews.
• Support regulatory requirements, audits and security frameworks.
• Deliver secure disaster recovery capabilities and resilience for access services.
