Accenture is seeking a PAM Consultant to design and implement scalable Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. You will lead PAM platform deployments (CyberArk, BeyondTrust) and tailor governance, policies, and controls to client environments.

The role requires strong PAM and IAM knowledge, cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP), and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders to mitigate privileged access risks. Global travel may be required for client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Strong experience in IT security, with a focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Hands-on experience with leading PAM solutions (e.g. CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic/Delinea)
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and understanding of cloud-specific PAM requirements
• Strong understanding of PAM principles, controls, and best practices
• Solid knowledge of IAM concepts, security frameworks, and regulatory requirements

• Ensure PAM solutions align with regulatory requirements and industry standards (SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS, HIPAA)
• Define, implement, and enforce PAM governance frameworks, policies, and best practices

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field

• Clear communication and documentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
