Job summary

Accenture is seeking a PAM Consultant to design and implement scalable Privileged Access Management solutions across client environments. The role involves deploying PAM platforms like CyberArk and BeyondTrust, and integrating with enterprise systems.

You will assess risks related to privileged access, define mitigations, and ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS, and HIPAA. UK-wide hybrid work with security clearance involvement is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or related field
• Strong experience in IT security with a focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Hands-on experience with leading PAM solutions (e.g. CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic/Delinea)
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and understanding of cloud-specific PAM requirements
• Strong understanding of PAM principles, controls, and best practices
• Solid knowledge of IAM concepts, security frameworks, and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

Role: PAM Consultant

Career Level: Consultant / Specialist

Location: UK wide/hybrid

Travel/Mobility Requirement: Flexibility to travel to client site where required

Please Note: Due to the nature of client work you will be undertaking, you will need to be willing to go through a Security Clearance process as part of this role, which requires 5+ years UK address history at the point of application.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Strong experience in IT security, with a focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM)

Desirable Skills

• Master’s degree or advanced academic qualification
• Experience with scripting and automation (e.g. PowerShell, Python) to support PAM operations
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work effectively under pressure
• Clear communication and documentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
