Job summary

St Helena Hospice in Colchester is seeking a Clinical Trainer to join our Education Team, working Wednesdays and Thursdays 9.00am–5.00pm to deliver education across the three local hospices and external care settings.

You will create and develop new courses, plan sessions, and deliver webinars, face-to-face and hybrid sessions across Suffolk and Essex, building relationships with care homes, agencies and hospice staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide education and training for hospice staff and external organisations.
• Plan sessions and develop new topics for palliative and end-of-life care.
• Deliver webinars, face-to-face and hybrid sessions across Suffolk and Essex.
• Support staff with growth mindset and professional boundaries.
• Provide moving and handling sessions for hospice staff.
• Maintain current professional registration and CPD.
