£12.60 per hour while on training increasing to £14.20 per hour after training

Shift Pattern - Monday to Friday 6.30am until 3pm OR 7.30am until 4pm

We are currently recruiting for a Pallet Forklift Operative for a well-established company in the Whitney, Oxfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team that specialises in the manufacture, restoration, and repair of wooden pallets.

  • Counterbalance FLT driving
  • Building and restoring wooden pallets using nail guns and power tools
  • Operating machinery for pallet processing
  • Inspecting pallets for damage and carrying out repairs
  • Maintaining a safe and organised work environment
  • Previous Counterbalance FLT experience - in-house certs / experience without a licence accepted as full training will be done by our client
  • Experience with hand tools, nail guns, or machinery is desirable
  • Good physical fitness and the ability to work in a fast-paced, manual environment
  • A strong work ethic and good attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and follow health & safety procedures
