Job summary

South Hampshire College Group (SHCG) currently seeks a passionate Professional Trainer in Painting & Decorating for Southampton College. The role involves delivering apprenticeships, planning on-site assessments, and coordinating online sessions while supporting learners through a defined learning plan.

You will manage a caseload, develop training materials, track vocational progress, and ensure timely completion within required timescales.

Qualifications

Good working knowledge of IT tools.
Highly motivated professional with a range of industry experience and knowledge.
Excellent knowledge of recent initiatives in curriculum development & design is desirable.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for managing the overall delivery of the apprenticeship, including on-site assessments, training and reviews.
Manage overall delivery of part-time learners.
Plan master classes and online sessions and ensure timely delivery.
Provide training and/or assessment in appropriate disciplines to a range of learners on their programme.
