Job Description:

We are looking for a multi-skilled qualified painter & decorator to join our East Dorset Team.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be completing painting and decorating repairs from start to finish, including identifying underlying issues and ensuring decoration is of a high standard.

You’ll also perform plaster repairs to walls and ceilings, textured coatings, wall tiling, and if you have skills in carpentry, plumbing, or vinyl flooring, that will be a bonus.

You’ll work in our communities, so a customer service focus and an inquisitive mindset to resolve problems are essential.

About you

You should have a painter and decorating qualification, NVQ or similar, or proven experience in this field.

You need to identify causes and specify materials to rectify issues.

Effective communication with various teams and managing expectations of customers is important.

A full UK manual driving licence is required as you will have a company vehicle.
