Job summary

Evolve Personnel is seeking a CSCS Painter for a project in the Dudley area. Applicants must hold a CSCS card and IPAF 3A/3B, with PPE and tools provided. The role involves preparation, gloss and emulsion painting, and frequent site movements.

Salary is £23 per hour, paid via UTR or PAYE umbrella. A cherry picker/scissor lift will be used on site, so the candidate must be comfortable operating lift equipment and adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• CSCS card and IPAF required for site access and safe lift operation.
• Experience with surface preparation, gloss and emulsion finishes.
• References available on request.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding and filling holes.
• Apply paint using brushes, rollers or spray equipment.
• Maintain high quality work per project specs and safety guidelines.
• Keep tools and equipment in good condition.
• Communicate progress and issues with clients and team.
• Follow on-site safety protocols at all times.
• Travel to multiple sites as required.

• Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard of quality and in accordance with project specifications.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and any issues that may arise.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site.
• Drive to various job sites as required, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled work.
