As a Painter & Decorator, you will be working alongside Crawley Council within our social housing sector, providing a stable and profitable contract. You will deliver excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the community.

A Painter & Decorator within our Crawley branch will be part of a local team undertaking high-standard painting & decorating repairs and refurbishment activities to housing properties, delivering exceptional customer service, and meeting safety, quality, and cost standards.

Main Duties

  • Damp & mould treatments
  • Painting and decorating (whole rooms, ceilings, doors)
  • Small service repairs

Role Criteria:

  • Painting & decorating experience
  • Experience in damp & mould treatment
  • Good communication skills
  • UK full driving license

All roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work in the UK. Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.

To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be over 21, have held your license for over 3 months, and have less than 9 points.

Candidates should be aware that all roles are subject to DBS/security checks before employment.
