Job description

Painter and Decorator
Location: HMP Eastwood Park, Falfield, Wotton-Under-Edge. GL12 8DB
Salary: £27,945.35 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full Time, 39 hours per week, Mon-Fri

HMP Eastwood Park, a closed category adult female prison, operates like a self-contained city. Our Facilities Maintenance Team is committed to ensuring smooth and safe operations, impacting prisoners, staff, visitors, and the wider community.

We provide critical, time-sensitive services to the Ministry of Justice and seek facilities management professionals who can make a difference.

We are looking for applicants with:

  1. City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Painting and Decorating or equivalent, or significant experience in a similar role
  2. Experience working in a maintenance team
  3. An honest, reliable character with a sense of purpose and pace
