Building Careers are recruiting a Painter & Decorator for a well established social housing client covering the North West.

The position will be to join their Responsive Maintenance team completing repairs on appointment.

19.00 per hour

Van and Fuel Card Provided (for work use only)

Temp to Perm Contract

As a Painter & Decorator, you will be required to have:

• A Valid CSCS Card
• NVQ Qualifications
• Own hand tools
• Previous experience in kitchen and bathroom refurb works
• Full UK Driving License

Your role will consist of:

• Painting and Decorating
• Multi skills (if applicable)
• Using PDA system to respond to jobs
