Job summary

Ivy Resource Group in Lichfield, Staffordshire, is seeking an experienced Painter and Decorator for an immediate start on refurbishment projects.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of decorating experience on construction sites, a valid CSCS card, and be able to provide two recent work references. PPE includes hard hat, high vis, and steel toe cap boots.

Working hours are 7:30am–4:30pm with on-site work accessible by public transport; pay is £21 per hour.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience as Decorator on construction projects.
• Must be able to provide 2 recent work references.
• CSCS card required.
• Emulsion painting ceilings, walls and woodwork.

Responsibilities

• Paint refurbishment apartments: emulsion painting ceilings, walls and woodwork.
• Prepare surfaces and clean up after works.
