Job summary

Connolly Limited is recruiting a skilled Painter & Decorator for long-term social housing contracts across Greater Manchester. You will work on kitchen and bathroom refurbishments in occupied homes, delivering high-quality finishes while maintaining safety and cleanliness on site.

Ideal candidates have previous painting/decorating experience in social housing, hold a relevant trade qualification and a full UK driving licence; CSCS card is preferred but not essential.

• Experience working within Social Housing or occupied properties.
• Relevant trade qualification.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Preparing surfaces for painting and decorating.
• Carrying out internal decorating works to a high standard.
• Working within occupied properties and live environments.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and tidy working area.
• Following Health & Safety procedures at all times.
• Working independently and as part of a wider site team.
• Maintaining company-issued tools and equipment where applicable.

Working on kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes within occupied homes, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality finishes that make a real difference to residents.

The Role

As a Painter & Decorator, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality decorating works across kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a professional standard.
