Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd seeks an experienced Painter & Decorator for a high-end commercial project in Central London. You will perform meticulous interior painting and finishing, with emphasis on preparation, quality and safety while using MEWPs when required.

The role requires IPAF 3A & 3B and a Blue CSCS Card, and offers an immediate start on a long-term ongoing contract in a prestigious environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Surface preparation, sanding, filling and priming.

PAINTER & DECORATOR - HIGH-END COMMERCIAL PROJECT

Location: Central London
Rate: 23 per hour CIS
Start: ASAP
Duration: Long-term, ongoing work

We are currently looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator to work on a high-end commercial building in Central London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out high-quality painting and decorating work, with a strong focus on preparation, attention to detail and achieving an excellent finish.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator
• Previous experience working on high-end commercial projectsExcellent attention to detail and quality of finish
• Valid IPAF 3A & 3B
• Valid Blue CSCS Card
• Reliable, professional and hardworking
• Able to work safely at height and around MEWPs

Duties will include:

• High-quality internal painting and decorating
• Surface preparation, sanding, filling and priming

• Detailed preparation and finishing work
• Working from MEWPs where required
