SALARY: £140 - £160 Per day

Drivers Licence: Essential

VAN PROVIDED

Must have relevant experience in Painting and Decorating to a high standard. Travel within the home counties is a large part of the role.

ABOUT US/ THE ROLE:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our Facilities Management team as a Decorator.

Our Painter and Decorator will have a wealth of experience to join our expanding reactive team, working in and around London and the surrounding Home Counties. All works we complete are on a commercial basis dealing with property and managing agents.

As a suitable candidate, you must work to a very high standard at all times and take pride in your work. Relevant experience is essential with certification / certified evidence required; ideally an NVQ.

Our painter and decorator would be expected to be competent in working on their own or in a team and using their initiative to solve a problem when on site. You will be provided all PPE, Tools, van and fuel card to carry out works around London and home counties. Overtime is available.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• NVQ in a trade would be ideal.
• Painter decorator experience essential.

The successful candidate would be provided with:

• Van and fuel card for business use only.
• Work phone.
• Full company uniform and PPE.
• Tools issued as necessary (you will use a mix of your own trade tools and company issued where required).
