Starting your journey:

As a Painter, you will assist in delivering brand standards and maintaining guest facilities. You should take pride in your work and work closely with team members to uphold exceptional standards. Good health & safety awareness is essential, especially when working with hazardous substances, at heights, and following risk assessments. You must be able to handle face-to-face and telephone customer enquiries effectively.

Joining the housekeeping team, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing effective painting, including repairs and preventative work throughout the hotel
• Ensuring all paint supplies match specified colours and are used correctly
• Carrying out daily painting requests via the Hotel Service Pro system
• Coordinating with the Executive Housekeeper on daily work completion
• Working flexibly to meet business needs
• Ensuring all painting complies with health and safety legislation
• Supporting maintenance and housekeeping with tasks from monthly walk rounds
• Assisting the Maintenance Manager as needed
