Job summary

Manpower (United Kingdom) is hiring an experienced Warehouse Operative in Tilbury to join a leading global paints and coatings company. You will mix paint to specified formulas, pick and pack orders, monitor stock levels, and ensure HSE compliance.

Key duties include preparing paperwork, labeling products, ensuring correct storage, and communicating with internal sales. The role requires physical fitness to lift 25 kg and accurate work with PPE and safety practices.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Comply with HSE policies and participate in safety initiatives.
• Complete and file all associated paperwork.
• Ensure H&S responsibilities are followed, including PPE usage.
• Communicate with internal sales about product manufacture and distribution.
• Dispense and mix paint to specified formulas to fulfil orders.
• Label products correctly and perform quality checks.
• Replace barrels on dispenser using proper lifting methods.
• Monitor goods and materials in and out of warehouse/production area; manage stock rotation and re-ordering.
• Colour match products to customer requirements and sample panels as needed.
• Pick products for customer requirements and load into delivery bays.
• Prepare paperwork and packaging for collections and couriers.
• Maintain housekeeping of production, spray booth, warehouse areas and equipment.
