Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Paint Technician with a strong work ethic and keen attention to detail to restore client vehicles to factory standards after bumps, scrapes, and accidents.

What you’ll be doing
  1. Ensure all necessary parts are removed before painting.
  2. Sand down relevant areas, including adjoining sections for seamless blending.
  3. Mask off areas not being treated.
  4. Etch and prime surfaces in preparation for painting.
  5. Select, match, and mix colours using the colour palette.
  6. Spray paint panels or vehicle parts using various techniques to achieve a flawless, factory-standard finish.
  7. Work with water-based paints.
What we’re looking for
  1. Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer or Vehicle Painter.
  2. Time-served and/or qualified to City & Guilds or NVQ level.
  3. ATA accreditation is a bonus, but not essential.
