Your Role
As a Paint Technician at our Wolverhampton Express site, you’ll be responsible for delivering flawless finishes, working efficiently with modern refinishing equipment, and ensuring every vehicle is repaired to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out high-quality paintwork and refinishing repairs using the latest tools and techniques
Prepare vehicles for painting (masking, sanding, priming,
Mix and apply paint to exact manufacturer specifications
Work safely and comply with all health and safety procedures
Collaborate with estimators, technicians, and workshop staff to ensure smooth repair flow
Accurately complete job cards and documentation
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Technician in a professional bodyshop environment
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A customer-first attitude and pride in your work
ATA or IMI accreditation is a bonus — but not essential; we’ll support your growth
