Job summary

Motability Operations Limited is seeking a Paint technician to join our automotive cosmetics team. You will apply primers, basecoat and clear coats and prepare vehicles to Motability standards, using new booths, spray guns and market-leading products.

We will provide training on state-of-the-art equipment and PPE, in a dynamic work environment where collaboration helps us achieve goals and maintain high quality across our vehicle repairs.

Qualifications

• Automotive paint experience required or preferred.
• Able to legally drive a manual vehicle in the UK.
• Qualifications are preferred but not essential.

Your keen eye and technical knowledge will ensure that vehicles within the cosmetic teams are accurately repaired to Motability standards. Proficient in using the latest methods, we are looking for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, collaborating with your team to achieve goals.

We will be training and teaching the required technical skills and knowledge working with state-of-the-art equipment and products.
