The role emphasizes safe working practices, teamwork, and consistent delivery of quality repairs that restore vehicle aesthetics and customer confidence. Training and progression are available within a growing group.

Qualifications

• Experience as a paint technician in a bodyshop or accident repair environment.
• Strong working knowledge of modern paint systems and colour-matching techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, prime, and paint vehicles to high standards.
• Carry out paint repairs with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure flawless finishes meeting manufacturer and internal quality specs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing, priming, and painting vehicles to a high standard using approved methods and materials
• Carrying out paint repairs with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
• Ensuring a smooth and flawless finish that meets both manufacturer and internal quality requirements
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, always adhering to health and safety regulations
• Supporting and working closely with the wider workshop team to meet deadlines and customer expectations

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a paint technician in a bodyshop or accident repair environment
• A strong understanding of modern paint systems, repair techniques, and colour matching
• ATA accreditation (or willingness to achieve) is desirable
• A genuine passion for quality work and pride in delivering excellent results
• A team player who acts with integrity and takes responsibility for their work
