The Role

As a Vehicle Paint Technician at our Ayr site, you'll work on a wide range of vehicles—including electric and hybrid models—delivering high-quality finishes that meet rigorous industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing vehicles through washing, sanding, and masking

Mixing and colour-matching paint accurately

Applying paint coatings using spray guns and operating spray booths

Conducting quality checks on finished work to ensure exceptional standards

Working collaboratively with workshop colleagues to meet repair deadlines

Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

About You

We’re looking for detail-oriented professionals with a passion for top-quality craftsmanship.

You will bring:

Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint or Prep Technician

Expertise in modern painting techniques and materials

Confidence using paint mixing systems and spray equipment

A strong background in accident repair processes
