Job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Car Paint Sprayer to join our Accident Repair Centre team. As a Car Paint Sprayer, you will be responsible for repairing and painting vehicles to the highest standard, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Preparing vehicles for painting by cleaning and masking areas not to be painted
2. Mixing and matching paint to vehicle manufacturer's specifications
3. Applying paint to vehicles in accordance with quality standards
4. Ensuring the paint finish is smooth and meets customer expectations
5. Identifying and repairing paint defects
6. Keeping work area clean and tidy
7. Maintaining equipment and tools

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Car Paint Sprayer in an Accident Repair Centre or similar environment
2. Knowledge of automotive paint mixing and application techniques
3. Ability to match paint colours to vehicle manufacturer's specifications
4. Attention to detail and ability to work to a high standard
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work effectively as part of a team
7. Experience with paint spraying equipment and tools
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
9. A valid driving licence
