Job Title: Paint Sprayer – Vehicle Interiors & Exteriors

Start Date:

Contract Length:

10 weeks initially (with potential 20-week extension)

Rate:

£23 per hour (Outside IR35)

Retention Bonus:

5 hours per week retained, payable at contract completion (attendance dependent)

Overview:

We are currently recruiting skilled Paint Sprayers to work on an exciting refurbishment project involving the interior and exterior of large, complex vehicles. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a professional finish across high-traffic surfaces. Doing Smart repairs and touch up work.

Previous experience spraying and preparing surfaces on the following is considered highly transferable:

• Rolling Stock/Rail
• Aircraft
• HGVs
• Buses or Coaches
• Construction or Agricultural Machinery
• Marine or Defence vehicles

Details:

• Schedule:
  • Monday–Thursday: 07:30 – 18:00 (10 hrs paid, minus 30 min break)
  • Friday: 07:30 – 12:30 (5 hrs paid)
  • Total: 45 paid hours per week
• Duration: Initial 10-week contract (28/04/25 – early July)
  • Possibility of extension for an additional 20 weeks

• Medical Requirements: Candidates must complete a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test prior to starting.
