Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a Paint Sprayer for an established manufacturer in Cumnock. You will spray and powder coat industrial components for plant room projects and collaborate closely with the engineering team, in a Monday-Thursday shift from 7am to 5:15pm with optional overtime.

This role offers a 4-day week, career stability, training opportunities and a competitive package with overtime paid at enhanced rates. You will join a supportive workshop team in a growing company.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Paint Sprayer or in a similar spray/coat role.
• Willingness to work in a workshop environment and learn on site.
• Interest in a 4-day work week with optional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Carry out paint spraying and powder coating for industrial components.
• Work on specialist projects with industry training provided.
• Be the on-site go-to sprayer and liaise with Engineering and Production teams.
• Monday-Thursday, 7am-5:15pm with overtime on Tue/Thu/Fri at enhanced rates.
