With a base salary of up to 51,000 and On-Target Earnings of around 75,000, you'll have the opportunity to earn uncapped income.

The Role

As a Paint Technician, you'll work within a team of painters, panel beaters, and MET fitters, reporting to your workshop controller. You'll need to demonstrate experience in painting small and large jobs on a wide variety of vehicles, preparing vehicles for painting, and working to meet customer needs.

What You'll Need

  • Previous experience as a Paint Technician
  • Confidence in all aspects of preparing vehicles, including buffing, polishing, and priming surfaces
  • Ability to work to industry standards and prioritise Health and Safety
  • Enthusiasm, commitment, and a passion for delivering exceptional service
