Overview

Paint Sprayer – A vacancy has arisen for a Paint Sprayer who will be based at the client's premises in Sheffield. Our client is involved in manufacturing bespoke and off-the-shelf products in steel, serving both their customers within the Group as well as many external customers throughout the world. The company offers a range of products, with batch quantities usually relatively low.

Responsibilities
  • Mixing high temperature paints
  • Spray painting of manufactured components (metals) to a high-quality finish
  • Assembly and quality control duties
  • Cleaning and preparation of parts using hand tools
  • Packing and loading of finished goods and completion of packing/quality control forms
  • Other workshop duties including general cleaning and maintenance, some light machining and assisting the team
Qualifications
  • A qualified forklift truck (counter balance) is desirable, but training can be provided for the right candidate.
Hours

Hours of work: Monday to Friday (7:30 - 4pm) with opportunities for overtime when available.
