Perfect Placement UK Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a reputable automotive repair workshop in Scunthorpe for a skilled Paint Sprayer. The role offers a competitive salary (£45,885–£50,057 per year) and an uncapped bonus scheme, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

You will prepare and apply paint to vehicles, mix colours to specification, inspect finishes and maintain a clean, safe workspace. Training is provided and full-time hours apply.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Painting and Refinishing.
• Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer with vehicle painting knowledge.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team, with attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and apply paint to vehicles following manufacturer specifications.
• Achieve a flawless finish through accurate mixing and colour matching.
• Inspect vehicles before painting and assess repair requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area meeting health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members and customers to update on progress.
• Adhere to safety and quality regulations at all times.

We are working on behalf of our client to recruit a highly skilled and experienced Paint Sprayer for their busy automotive repair workshop located in Scunthorpe. • Competitive basic salary from £45,885 to £50,057 per annum

• Full-time, 40-hour week with full training provided
• Initial six months on day shift (Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm), transitioning to evening shift (Monday to Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm)
