Job summary

Randstad Inhouse Services in Leicester is seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer / Powder Coater for high-end manufacturing. You will apply spray paints on a moving line, manage powder coating processes, and perform rework to meet stringent quality benchmarks.

Shifts include morning, afternoon and night with enhanced holiday accrual, monthly bonuses and free parking. A practical spray test and COSHH compliance are required prior to placement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with spray systems, paint types, and equipment maintenance (tips/filters).
• Strong understanding of MSDS and COSHH safety protocols.
• Ability to interpret technical instructions and communicate effectively within a professional environment.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional training.
• Successful completion of a practical spray test is required prior to placement.

Monday 05:30 - 14:30
Tuesday - Thursday 06:00 - 14:30
Friday 06:00 - 11:00
£14.80 PER HOUR (up to £15.56 after 6 months)

Afternoon shift
Monday 14:00- 23:00
Tuesday - Thursday 14:00 - 22:30
Friday 10:45 - 15:45
£17.76 PER HOUR (up to £18.67 after 6 months)

Afternoon shift (4 days)
Monday - Wednesday 16:30 - 02:30
Thursday 16:30 - 02:00
£17.76 PER HOUR (up to £18.67 after 6 months)

Night Shift
Monday 21.30 - 06.30
