Our Client's Job Opportunity: Vehicle Paint Sprayer

We are seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer, ideally an ATA accredited professional, to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare vehicles for painting.
2. Mix paints to ensure perfect color matching.
3. Conduct quality checks upon completion to ensure defect-free work.

The Person:

Candidates should demonstrate:

• Strong communication skills for customer service and teamwork.
• Ability to handle vehicles with care, maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge and adherence to all housekeeping and health & safety regulations.

Experience and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will:

• Be capable of producing high-quality paint spraying from start to finish, with experience in water-based paints.
• Be an experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer or Paint Technician with a stable employment history.
• Hold a City & Guilds qualification or equivalent.
• Work to high standards with up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ATA qualification or be a time-served technician (ATA qualification is not essential).
• Experience in a body shop or accident repair environment.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm (42.5 hours/week).
