A recruitment agency is seeking a Temporary Paint Sprayer in Basildon, offering an hourly rate starting from £18. Qualifications

  • Familiarity with 7S methodology is a plus.

  • Mix paints to exact specifications and maintain colour consistency.
  • Keep your workspace and equipment clean, safe, and organised.
  • Follow detailed paint process sheets and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Support team operations, including loading parts, managing waste, and assisting with paint logistics.

Paint Sprayer

Temporary | Basildon | Monday to Friday 1:30pm – 22:00

Hourly rate form £18ph

We are seeking a Temporary Paint Sprayer to help out in the manufacturing department for our successful client based in Basildon, Essex.

Job Purpose:

To spray decorative parts to a high-quality finish.

What You’ll Do:

  • Apply protective and decorative coatings using spray guns, brushes, and other tools
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, masking, and filling imperfections
  • Mix paints to exact specifications and maintain colour consistency
  • Keep your workspace and equipment clean, safe, and organised
  • Follow detailed paint process sheets and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Support team operations, including loading parts, managing waste, and assisting with paint logistics
