Immediate starts available in Desford - earn up to £17.80 per hour plus bonus!

Previous experience within a warehousing, production or factory environment is desired but not essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse and production duties
2. Working on a moving production line in the paint plant area of the factory
3. Jig, load, mask and unload to production requirements according to process instructions using a computer system
4. Using own initiative, demonstrate problem-solving skills and show good attention to detail
5. Quality checking components
6. Use of cranes (Training will be provided)
7. Following a cycle time
8. Follow standard work and work manuals

Working Hours and Salary:

Morning Shift:
Monday: 05:30-14:30
Tuesday - Thursday: 06:00-14:30
Friday - 06:00 - 11:00
£13.30 PER HOUR (it can rise up to £14.02 after 6 months)

Afternoon Shift:
Monday: 14:00-23:00
Tuesday - Thursday: 14:00-22:30
Friday - 10:45 - 15:45
£15.96 PER HOUR (it can rise up to £16.82 after 6 months)

Night Shift:
Monday: 21:15-06:30
Tuesday - Thursday: 22:00-06:30
Friday - 17:30 - 22:30
£16.89 PER HOUR (it can rise up to £17.80 after 6 months)

After 6 Months can apply for pay increase (subject to criteria being met)

Requirements:

1. The ability to read, understand and work from standard work guides
2. Warehouse or factory work background
3. Good teamwork and communication skills
