What You Will Do:
  1. Ensure compliance with Corporate and Division HSE objectives and requirements, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
  2. Guarantee parts are produced to meet customer specifications and expectations, upholding the company's commitment to quality.
  3. Lead and implement the plant progress plan, fostering staff involvement and overseeing specific follow-up activities.
  4. Conduct daily production meetings, adjusting resources as necessary and ensuring the effectiveness of corrective actions.
  5. Manage the painting area's internal organization, including maintenance and cleanliness, to uphold high operational standards.
  6. Propose and deliver the operating budget, demonstrating financial acumen and resource management skills.
What You Will Bring:
  1. An Engineering Degree, with a specialization in Chemical Engineering considered a plus.
  2. Proven experience in quality, supply chain/flows management best practices.
  3. Strong leadership skills, capable of managing and developing a team to achieve excellence.
  4. Excellent command of English, able to communicate effectively at all levels.
  5. A commitment to continuous improvement and innovation, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
