Job summary

Circle Integrated Care is seeking an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist to lead the Pain Team in Greenwich. This full-time, 37.5-hour position involves autonomous assessments, complex pain management and clinical leadership across the team.

The role requires HCPC registration, a physiotherapy degree, and substantial Advanced Practice MSK experience with strong clinical reasoning and communication skills. A flexible shift pattern is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physiotherapy.
• Registration with the HCPC.
• Significant experience at Advanced Practice level in MSK physiotherapy.
• Expertise in chronic and persistent pain management.
• Proven leadership in a clinical setting.
• Advanced clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert assessment, diagnosis and management of complex pain conditions.
• Lead pain services within Circle Integrated Care.
• Teach, mentor and supervise physiotherapists and APPs.
• Collaborate with consultants, GPs and other clinicians to deliver holistic care.
• Lead clinical audits, service evaluation and quality improvement initiatives.
