Job Opportunity: Paint Sprayer / Industrial Painter

Pertemps Sheffield has partnered with a forward-thinking manufacturing company in Barnsley, and we are seeking a Paint Sprayer / Industrial Painter.

Pay: £12.10 - £19.38 per hour

Hours: 3-shift system: Days (6am-2pm), Afters (2pm-10pm), Nights (10pm-6am)

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and removing imperfections.
2. Apply correct colour codes and paint finishes according to work orders.
3. Mix paints and materials as specified.
4. Use pneumatic spray guns to apply paint.
5. Inspect finished work for quality and perform touch-ups as needed.
6. Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.
7. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
8. Follow safety protocols and keep the work environment tidy.
