The Role
This is a full-time, salaried route into teaching. You’ll start as a Graduate Trainee, supporting pupils across KS3 and KS4 while working towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). You’ll be trained by experienced subject specialists and mentored throughout your placement. Expect a mix of classroom teaching, planning, small group intervention, and professional development—all while earning a salary.
The Candidate
You’re a Maths graduate (or closely related subject) with a minimum of a 2:2, strong A-Level results, and a clear passion for teaching. You’re confident, driven, and ready to take on classroom responsibility. Prior experience working with young people is a bonus, but not essential. What matters most is your commitment to education and your subject.
